This return policy is applicable within 14 days of receiving a delivery of jewellery order from www.omnijewellery.in The entire amount will be refunded to the customer’s account within 10 working days of receiving the product. To initiate the return on any jewellery purchased from www.omnijewellery.in , contact us at +91 96046 46664.
Once confirmed, the product will be returned to our warehouse.
Note:
- 100% refunds for returns within 14 days for jewellery purchases. No asked. For return after 14 days.
- This refund is subjected to quality confirmation by our quality assurance team and verification that the packaging is complete with all doc uments like original invoice copy, verified product certificate, etc.
- VIJAY OMNI retain the right to calculate the refund amount of the product based on the quality assurance team’s final appraisal.
- The refund amount will be 100% of the actual amount paid. If any coupon, discount, or promo codes were used during the original purchase, the refund amount would be reduced by an amount equivalent to the coupon, discount, or promo codes, as applicable.
- Payment of the refund amount shall be made via online bank transfer to the customer’s bank account within 10 days of receipt of the product, subjected to a quality check and verification of documents. If the mode of the payment were through online debit/credit card/net banking, the refund would be processed by reversal of the transaction.
- Customized jewellery (including personalized/engraved products) is not eligible for a 14-day return policy.
- Return policy is not applicable on orders exchanged earlier under the 14-day exchange policy.
- VIJAY OMNI retains the right to modify the terms and conditions for individual customers. In such a case, the customer would always be notified of the decision before the purchase.
Exchange Policy
To initiate the exchange on any jewellery purchased from www.omnijewellery.in , contact us at +91 96046 46664. Upon confirmation, the product shall be returned to us.
If exchanged within 14 days of purchase
Gold Jewellery
Exchange Value: 100% of Gold Value at the prevailing rate
Silver Jewellery
Exchange Value: 100% of Gold Value at the prevailing rat
Making Charges, Excise, GST, and Other Taxes
Exchange Value:No Exchange Value
Note:
- Customized jewellery (including personalized/engraved products) are not eligible for a 14-day exchange.
- A basic quality check will be performed by VIJAY OMNI . If eligible for exchange, it will be sent to the Ecom department for quality confirmation.
- VIJAY OMNI retains the right to determine the final exchange amount based on quality appraisal.
- No exchange will be processed without the original invoice.
- If a coupon, discount, or promo code was used during the purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced accordingly.
- Jewellery that has been tampered with, altered, misused, broken, or repaired is not eligible for full-value exchange.
- Labor charges, loss of weight, and solder percentage will be deducted for exchanged jewellery.
- There will be no weight deduction for hallmarked gold jewellery purchasedfrom VIJAY OMNI.
- If the exchange value is higher than the origin al purchase, the customer must pay the difference.
- If the exchange value is lower, the difference will be refunded via the original payment method for 14-day exchanges.
- Exchange initiation takes approximately 7-10 working days.
- This policy does not apply to international orders.
- VIJAY OMNI reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions for individual customers. Customers will be notified before any changes.
Cancellation Policy
In case of any dissonance, we have the right to cancel any orders. A few reasons for cancellation from our end usually include:
- Limitation of the product in the inventory.
- Error in pricing.
- Error in product information.
We also have the right to request additional details from the customer before accepting certain orders. If your order is cancelled wholly or partially, or if extra information is required to process your order, we will notify you accordingly.
Once you place an order, you may cancel it before the product is dispatched. If a cancellation request is received for a ready-to-ship product, we will process the refund through the same mode of payment within 10 working days.
Exceptions:
- Cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
- Products are not eligible for cancellation.
- If the customer wishes to request a refund or exchange for these products, please refer to our Exchange/Buyback Policy.
